The kick-off ceremony of 2021 Jinghui Chengzhan PK Competition came to a successful conclusion

In order to improve the overall capability ofsales team, strengthen the collaboration and enhance trust and communicationbetween the salesmen, our company specifically launched the 4th JinghuiChengzhan PK competition, which is an activity that focuses on businesscompetition from 22th Oct. to 3rd Dec., lasting 6 weeks.

Jinghui team came to Hua Yao Base in Baisha Minhou with vigour andstrength on 22th October. Competition opening ceremony officially kicked offwith the slogan of cohesion force to soar up to high,and strive forward hand inhand to create better future. The ceremony is full of vigor and splendor, wonderfulperformance one after another. Let us look at these pictures to review thewonderful moment together.

First, through a series of activities such as"Blindfolded Fighting" and "Crazy Feet running", break downthe barriers between people to establish mutual trust, and create a happy andharmonious atmosphere for the teams.

In the subsequent activities, each team togetherwith supporting group members went through the "crazy fingerboard"and "capture the flag" team match. Through the match , we strengthenthe sense of collective honor, fighting for team, fighting for honor, andenhance communication to promote the concept of competition and to drive everyoneto build a foundation of mutual trust.

Through teamconfrontation and cooperation, the participants of each team completed each activitiesefficiently. In the end, the exciting moment came. “Create better future” and “Striveforward hand in hand” won the first and second prizes respectively.

It is said: “With thepower of everyone, you are invincible." This reflects the original intentionof the PK competition. Jinghui is a large group. All members must have a cleargoal and division, through effective communication and joint effort to achievethe goal ! Now all the team members have settled down and officially taken partin the PK competition. They will continue to work hard with the spirit ofstruggle and teamwork to break new records.
